一、人才招聘基本条件

（一）引进人才包括以下四个层次：

A类：正高级职称，研究生学历，博士学位，博士生导师，三甲医院10年以上工作经历，年龄50周岁以下，特别优秀者可放宽至53周岁。近五年内主持国家级课题≥2项，或国家级重点项目≥1项，以第一作者或通讯作者发表单篇大于10分的SCI论著≥1篇，具有鲜明特色的临床专业技能及科研方向。国家级人才获得者、作为第一完成人获得省部级科技进步二等奖以上、省级以上主流学会主委或副主委、具有三年以上三甲医院科室行政管理经历、大学认定的教授职称者优先。

B类：正高级职称，研究生学历，博士学位，博士生导师，三甲医院10年以上工作经历，年龄50周岁以下。近五年内主持国家级课题≥1项，具有鲜明特色的临床专业技能及科研方向。省部级人才获得者、作为第一完成人获得省部级科技进步三等奖以上、省级或国家级主流学会委员以上、具有三年以上三甲医院科室行政管理经历、具有大学认定的教授职称者优先。

C类：高级职称，研究生学历，博士学位，特别优秀可放宽至硕士学位，硕士生导师，三甲医院5年以上工作经历，年龄50周岁以下。近五年内主持省部级以上课题≥1项，以第一作者或通讯作者发表单篇大于5分的SCI论著≥1篇，具有一定特色的临床专业技能及稳定的科研方向。作为第一完成人获得厅局级科技进步二等奖以上、省级或国家级主流学会委员以上、具有大学认定的副教授或教授职称者优先。

D类：高级职称，研究生学历，硕士学位以上，硕士生导师，三甲医院5年以上工作经历，年龄45周岁以下。近五年内主持省部级以上课题≥1项、以第一作者或通讯作者发表SCI论著≥2篇，具有一定特色的临床专业技能及稳定的科研方向。作为第一完成人获得厅局级科技进步三等奖以上、省级或国家级主流学会委员以上、具有大学认定的副教授或教授职称者优先。

Job Opportunities in Songjiang Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine (Preparatory Stage)

Shanghai Songjiang District Central Hospital (Songjiang Hospital, SJH), affiliated to Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine , was established in 1949. The SJH is a tertiary general hospital, one of the first 22 regional medical center, and one of the first 40 public hospitals for high-quality development in Shanghai.

The Songjiang Research Institute (SRI) of Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine (SHSMU) was jointly established by SHSMU and Songjiang government in Shanghai in July 2022. SRI is committed to elucidate the mechanisms of brain development and brain disorders (including neurodegenerative disease and cognitive psychology) at molecular and circuit level. By further integrating the emerging fields such as neuroimmunology, neurometabolism, and neuro-oncology with multidisciplinary angles, SRI is striving to achieve the goal of developing cutting-edge technologies and knowledges in order to facilitate the translation of basic brain research to the biomedical treatment of brain diseases. In the past five years, the talent has presided at least 2 national projects or 1 national key project, and published 1 SCI paper with more than 10 points as the first author or corresponding author. The talent has distinctive clinical professional skills and scientific research direction. National talent winners; as the first completer who have won the second prize or above of provincial and ministerial level scientific and technological progress award; the chairman or vice chairman of the mainstream society at or above the provincial level; with more than three years of administrative management experience in departments of tertiary hospitals, and the title of professor recognized by the university are preferred.

Category B:

Senior professional title, graduate degree, doctoral degree, doctoral supervisor, more than 10 years of work experience in a tertiary hospital, under the age of 50. In the past five years, he has presided over one national project, with distinctive clinical professional skills and scientific research directions. Provincial and ministerial level talent winners, as the first completer who have won the third prize or above of provincial and ministerial level scientific and technological progress award, provincial or national mainstream society members or above, with more than three years of administrative management experience in third-class hospital departments, and with the title of professor recognized by the university are preferred.

Category C:

Senior professional title, graduate degree, doctoral degree, especially excellent can be relaxed to master's degree, master's supervisor, more than 5 years of work experience in a tertiary hospital, under the age of 50. In the past five years, the talent has presided over at least one project at the provincial and ministerial level or above, and published at least one SCI paper with a single score of more than 5 points as the first author or corresponding author, with distinctive clinical professional skills and stable scientific research direction. As the first completer, won the second prize or above of the departmental and bureau-level scientific and technological progress award, the member or above of the provincial or national mainstream society, and the title of associate professor or professor recognized by the university are preferred.

Category D:

Senior professional title, graduate degree, master's degree or above, master's supervisor, more than 5 years of work experience in a tertiary hospital, under the age of 45. In the past five years, the talent has presided over at least one project at the provincial and ministerial level above, and published more than two SCI papers as the first author or corresponding author, with distinctive clinical professional skills and stable scientific research direction. As the first completer, the talent has won the third prize or above of the department-level science and technology progress award, a member of a provincial or national mainstream society, and an associate professor or professor title recognized by the university is preferred.
